Dick is 15 at the start of his Robin career. In my "universe", hes three/four years older than Jason.

Bruce Wayne : 39
Dick Grayson : 20 (he becames Robin as 13 and Nightwing as 18) he and founding titans have a same age 
Barbara Gordon: 20 (she becames Batgirl as 16)
Jason Todd: 18 (he was Robin for a some months and die with 16 but revived one week later and now he returns as Red Hood)
Tim Drake: 16 (he becames a Robin as 14 after Jason dear)
Damian Wayne: 13

And Garth, Tula, Kole and Bushido still alive, if you really know Teen Titans
