For 's contest! I had a super fun time designing this and I hope you like it as well!

~~Information:
He is almost half serpentine but he is fully warm blooded, or else he wouldn't survive the cold temperatures he lives in. No, don't worry, I did not totally screw up the anatomy! Those are four front legs. Yes. He has no back legs. He CAN fly, and the handy shoulder Icicles are great for hanging on during flight. To fly he fans out is serpent part like a parachute, and basically glides on thermals and air currents. He has a gold collar around his neck, with little loopy designs on it. It also attaches to his chest armor, which is still flexible for air travel. He has large paws for walking on snow, and an easy landing after flying. This shot is of him landing, but when he comes at rest his other half of his body does come down and his four powerful front legs are mainly for balance to keep his upper body off the ground and alert. His hind end slithers powerfully and efficiently through the snow, while his front legs walk easily in front. He has ice growing from the top of his head, and it can turn into a mane, but it is usually a hassle with his collar and chest plate so it is rare. He also has icicles coming from his lower lids and eyebrows, and a strong patch of ice in the middle of his head. There is also some on his upper arms, of course the huge shoulder icicles, and coming from his chin, almost like a beard. His eyes almost glow, and he does have a pupil, but it is white. The coloration mainly helps it from his own eye being fried by the intensity of the snow reflecting the light.
