And yet another Heisei Rider OC reveals themselves!

A member of the Time Police (as seen in Chou Den-O Episode Yellow), John Clarkson is one of the few officers to be partnered with actual Imagin. Together, he and his partners, Rosy, Snowy, Beasty and Goldy, were deemed to be an unbeatable combo. However, that all changed the day a new threat appeared, threatening to destroy time itself: A Rider named Li-O.

Given a mission from the chief, John is sent back to the year 2008, just after Den-O defeated Kai, and right around the time Li-O appears. Li-O is capable of creating Imagin out of himself, each with a specific goal in mind: Find those who seem cemented in history, and kill them in the past, thus erasing any contributions they gave to humanity.

Believing himself to be invincible, Li-O suddenly has his entire world turned upside down when he discovers what the chief gave John shortly before he was dispatched: The prototype Chron-O Belt and Rider Pass. Using these new tools, John, with the help of Rosy, becomes Kamen Rider Chron-O!
