Description

The main villain of the first half of Chron-O's story! Li-O was once a man named Leo Tategami, who always wished to to become a god. Upon discovering the Li-O Belt and Rider Pass, he is able to begin fulfilling that dream by sending Imagin into the past, using them as markers for points of time to devour and empower himself.

In Mane Form, Li-O is armed with the LiGasher, which is stored in parts on the sides of his belt (not pictured), which can be assembled into either a whip or a serrated sword.
