DA won't let me spell his name correctly. It's supposed to be spelled Re;Birth. Not to be confused with the official Kamen Rider who appeared in the SIC OOO story, Kamen Rider Rebirth (no semi-colon)

A few days after the vents of Wizard Episode 53, the Kougami Foundation discovers a new tomb from the same era as the original OOO. They accidentally open it, and unseal two new Greeed, representing the BuraKaWani Medals. One of them can't remember his name, and the other, a female named Naria, swipes 5 of the ten Orange Medals and runs, stating that she'll finish what she started over 800 years ago. The other Greeed is brought to Kougami himself, with Eiji standing beside him, who names him Shinsei Uroko. Shinsei barely remembers any of his past, only that he was one of the first Greeed created, and that Naria is basically his sister. Gotou runs into the room not long after he begins, and exclaims that a Yummy has appeared in the city. Eiji runs off to fight it, and Shinsei tags along, thinking it'll be interesting.

The two begin to fight it, Shinsei transforming into his Greeed form, and instantly recognizes the strength of his foe, giving him a memory of his sister creating Yummies exactly as strong as this one. Eiji attempts to switch to Super TaToBa, but the medals don't seem to be working for some reason. The two retreat to Kougami's office, where he reveals the prototype to a possible Birth System upgrade: Re;Birth. He claims the system is capable of making use of both Cell AND Core Medals, though only Full Combos work with it. Eiji takes the belt, and the two head off again.

During their second encounter, Eiji attempts to use the belt with one of the Cell Medals Kougami gave him, but the belt rejects him, sending him into a nearby wall and sapping him of most of his strength. Shinsei, angry that he had previously lost to one of his sister's Yummies again, picks up the belt and Cell Medal, placing it around his waist, and readying himself. Eiji tells him to stop, but the Greeed ignores him, and places the medal into the slot, and turns the dial. With an echoing pop of a capsule, the armor forms around his body, and Re;Birth stands tall in the rubble. Naria watches from nearby, scowling at the fact that her "brother" became stronger.
