DETAILS

> Send me a note titled "commission" or e-mail me: penen_92@hotmail.com
> In your note please include a brief description of what you want. I will then ask you for more detailed information based on your request. Reference images are preferred, but they're not necessary if you can describe me good enough.
> I will send you previews of the image as it progresses and you can request changes if needed. First I will send you a rough sketch of the idea I have. At this point you can ask for larger changes. As the picture progresses slight changes can be made. Drastic changes means more work for me and more expenses for you.
> When the image is completed and the payment received I will send you then full resolution image. If the payment isn't complete before I finish the commission I will send you cropped detail shots of the finished piece.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

> Prices are in euros (€) and I wish to receive the payment in the same currency. Check exchange rates at: www.xe.com/

> I accept PayPal only. Suomalaisille on mahdollista myös tilisiirto.

> Whatever you're paying for, digital or traditional art choose I'm paying for goods or services. The transaction fee is included in the commission price. The other option may result in suspending my account in the long run.

> You can pay whenever it suits you the best. However, I will only show you the fully finished piece when I have received the payment. Special payment arrangements such as paying in parts can be discussed.

> If the commissioner wants to cancel the commission, a full refund can be made only if the commission hasn't progressed past sketching phase. After that only a partial refund can be made. If the commission has progressed and no payment has been done and the commissioner wants to cancel the commission, they will still have to pay for the work that has been done. Failing to pay for a commission will make you lose the right to commission me again.

> A discount can be given to large orders or regular customers.

> I won't accept points as a payment. Point commissions are separate and currently closed.

HOW LONG IT TAKES?

> I start to work with commissions after I have received the order. But please remember, sometimes life situation/motivation may require working on other commissions. If your commission will be delayed, I'll let you know. But I always try to finish commissions as soon as possible. Usually it takes weeks or a month.

OTHER

> A commission can be put on hold if the commissioner so wishes. I won't work on held commissions until I receive a message about continuing it.

> Commission styles can be mixed and I can also do commissions that are not on the list. Don't hesitate to ask! All you have to do it tell me what you want and I will give you the price. For example, I can make fully colored picture using Simple Sketch - style.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT

> Do not redistribute, reproduce, or otherwise use any parts of the image for personal profit (i.e. selling it in any form whether digitally or physically) - with the exception of work specifically commissioned, and with previous consent, for commercial use.
> Personal use of the image is allowed, i.e. desktop image, sharing with friends, etc.
> The artwork will be copyrighted to myself. You may not claim the artwork as your own. Original characters will still hold the copyright of the original creator/owner.
> I reserve the right to refuse your commission for whatever reason should I wish.
> I reserve the right to use any images in personal portfolios or advertising material. I will only create prints or other merchandise of the image with your permission.

> I will not draw:

- Sexual or erotic themes. Artistic nudity and mild suggestive themes are agreeable.

- Excessive violence/gore. Blood and bruises/wounds are agreeable within reason.

- Racist, hate or insulting imagery.

- Characters from fandoms I'm not familiar with/do not like.
