I sampled and adjusted most, if not all of the colors from the screenshots provided by the commissioner. I also went ahead and followed the simple, flats style of background that the show includes to blend everything together. There wasn't anything specific that Mr. Fandango wanted as far as setting, so it became an excuse to try and emulate the essence of what the source material is.
