First if you did the sprite awesome job, second look, I understand some fans feeling letdown upset etc. etc. I originally thought all changes were due to art-style change, but Well, it's not strictly due to a different art-style. They wanted to create Zero to look different from X series Zero in an attempt to show that Mega Man Zero was it's own thing, not just a quick'n'cute little spin-off of the X series. Their objective was to move Zero's design away from the X series design, which is why the similarities between the designs are pretty much limited to only the blonde hair, and a subtle similarity in helmet design. If they made Omega Zero look like the X series Zero,(not that it would of been cool) it just would've been spitting on the logic behind the redesign.
course there's also a theory someone came up with. to put in some context, zero put his body under research, cause he felt he was spreading the virus, and being partly the origin of the maverick virus.

Zero choosing to be sealed under research/quarantine, it wouldn't be far fetched that Zero's weapons would have been disarmed to make sure nothing can happen with them at least. Having the Mind split from the body (with the body retaining the Virus), would have been a fail-safe to make sure Sigma couldn't do anything if he invaded, or at least the Virus from assuming control.
But that is just for the weapons. Other things could have been altered as part of a fail-safe protocol. But then Weil taking the body and arming it to be his God of Destruction, could have had additional changes. Nothing documented, but just like the artistic design being unmentioned outside of the 'natural progression of technology'."

That was kind of the point of me doing the sprites so someone could hack them in but sadly I lost all motivation to continue this sprites so this is all that remains.

es buena idea pero al igual que un programa de computadora los reploids también se actualizan, por eso se cambio el diseño de zero y de x , hay unas imágenes por ahí que muestran como se veía realmente X en cyber-elf y se veía muy diferente de la versión de megaman x

Entiendo eso pero mi problema viene de que por lo menos podrian haber hecho a omega con un diseño diferente en ves de ser un completo recoloreo(ojo no digo que tiene que ser el diseño de zero de los MMX pero a lo mejor un diseño nuevo algo que no sea un recoloreo)

Zero and Megaman Zero are actually two different Zero's. According to the minds behind Capcom, anyway.

Capcom slipped a very discreet message in MvC3. Zero was trying to get back to his home but he and the Surfer accidently ended up in a different universe. They had to continue searching because they were in the Universe of "Megaman Zero" instead of Zero's own. Even though MvC is counted as noncanon, this clears up the speculations.
Zero and Megaman Zero have very similar storylines, with the diversity beginning with the Mother Elf and Omega who, as far as I know, did not exist in the X series. Very confusing, I know. Megaman Zero was in a copy of his real body, which was the boss at the end of MZ3. Though it would have beed cool to face off against the original Zero, it wouldn't have added up very well. The point of the final boss was to face off against a boss that was very clearly outclassing you in every way, and I'm sorry to say that the original Zero might have been 3-shotted.

ah ok, that clears it all up then. i mustve not gotten the message though when i owned MvC3. thats actually pretty cool,
they actually do the same type of thing in the new SEGA/Namco/Capcom fot the 3DS because frank west says he's seen some of other capcom charactersa while on a special case

Not really omega zero has green light boobs but i made them blue just to not add more colors(and because i think it looks better with blue than green)

Sabias que originalmente Capcom tenia planeado que esta fuera la apariencia origial de Omega Zero al final de Zero 3?, el problema es que los diseñadores no encontraron una manera de hacer que el diseño original de Zero "encajara" con el del resto del juego, eso y que ademas ocuparia mas memoria [link]

Just make a sprite sheet of your Omega Zero. Some Megaman X styled moves as well as some of the moves Omega had in Megaman Zero 3.
