The barcode on her is a very good touch indeed, as is her pose. Shadows give this piece some depth, but as worm said the shoulder is lacking...

Hrm... that's pretty cool, but she looks somewhat choppily cut out, especially around the left shoulder.
If you fixed this up, this would be really badass.
