"To protect my technician, I'm prepared to die."Maka Albarn and Soul Eater from Soul Eater.
This is probably my most favourite scene in Soul Eater.
It's at the end of episode 7 where Soul suddenly changes to his human form to protect Maka when Crona swings down her sword.
I suddenly got inspired to draw after uploaded a whole batch of her awesome Bleach drawings last week. She makes me want to improve my pictures and strive to be as good a drawer as her.
I couldn't get the blood to look quite right... In the anime, it has a kind of glowing effect that I couldn't possibly imitate. I think the blood looks a bit like fire if you haven't seen the scene before this and don't know what's going on.
Apart from that, I think this is one of my best drawings so far.
I really wanna draw more Maka/Soul pictures because they're such a good team.

I mean sub, sorry. >.> Typo. I had to keep switching every week because they weren't going up on time, and I remember almost all the ones I watched said 'master,' 'meister', or 'wielder' on one occasion. Never saw technician in anything but the manga though. :0

Yeah, my Soul Eater episodes are subbed by so many different groups; it annoys me, 'cause I like consistency. This particular group used both 'meister' and 'technician,' I think - to make it less repetitive? I dunno; I never really dwelled too much on it. ^^'

Huh. In the manga scans I read (I've been lazy since it came out in english XD) they said technician a lot... I don't think I actually ever read Meister. But in anime, flip that.
That makes sense. Did you see the episode that said 'this is sparta' at the top when they were talking about BREW? My subber did that.

Yeah, I miss Soul Eater now. I'd rewatch it, but I don't have the time. My friend, though, only just got obsessed with it a few months back, so whenever she's raving and fangirling over it in front of me and our other friend, we're like, "Meh. That's old news."

Me and my friends were going to go as Bleach characters for Manifest this year, but now my friend wants us to cosplay as Soul Eater characters.

Yeah, you could say it does look quite real. It's actually Byakuya's costume which is just the ordinary kimono along with his Captain's haori. So if I don't wear the haori, I can dress up as almost any Shinigami.
Well, I got it for 250 Chinese dollars, which is approximately $50, so it wasn't that expensive.

Yeah, I download mostly from Veoh. If they don't have it, I just search it up on the internet and it usually leads me to MegaUpload. I did make an account on Veoh but I never bothered to do anything with it.

I used to blog on MySpace but then I found better sites to do that on. Besides, coding MySpace layouts is so complicated that I gave up.
I'm probably going to scan this comic strip I drew and upload it here within the next week or something. It was actually for a science project and we only had two nights to do it. I just barely managed to finish but didn't get a chance to colour. Now that I've gotten it back, I'm working on colouring it and making it better.
