Thank you so much! At first I wanted it to look like tar, but idk the shades of black and grey were against me lol. So I made it a deep red
It looked sooo much better.

Killer job, dear.
You know what I find works best for blood? Try making a separate layer. Paint the blood on with your brush at 100% opactiy so that you don't have a hundred different levels of crimson. Once you've got all of the blood added, change the blending mode of the layer to "Linear Burn" at about 75% opacity. The opacity level will depend on the skin color and darkness/lightness of the pic, but that's worked best for me so far.

Awesome! Thx for the Tip! The Blood is actually 3 diff layers, 2 for the drip one is a dup layer and one for the overflow in the eye itself. The top layer of the drip has some blending and opacity change. I really didn't have a tecnique, not that I can remember, I just kinda messed around with it till it looked ok.
I have a prob with the splat, Since that was a brush in itself, I wish i would have messed with it a lil more to make it look like it was on the skin better.
But hey, we learn and do better next time
You know I love your tips and I can't thank you enough, I will defiantly try that technique next time!!
