if you try again sometime , I think he could use a few wrinkles around his eyes and elbows ... he looks about 30 - so i couldnt reconize him at first

I liked Fish Police too, bet you could draw an awesome Angel Jones! And Clone High was funny as hell too, Cleo and Jone were hilarious! as was Ghandi here (though the real Ghandi was probably rolling in his grave when this character was aired on TV, lol)
