I really loved the painting. A lot of great detail, and I can imagine a lot of hard work.

Have you seen any of the runed standing stones in that area? Some reference the all mighty Thor, and others mention Odin, Valhalla, and other things of the historical legends. Also there is a place somewhere up in Sweden that I was researching a few years back that a battle took place in ancient times, and now the place is disturbed very little, and there is supposedly hordes of treasure such as battle axes, shields, amulets, etc. I am unsure of the population of that area, but it is supposed to be a tabooed area or bad luck, or haunted. I cant remember all of the details.

That sounds so cool! I would love
to have my own viking axe and shield
But sadly I probably wouldn't be able
to get it across the boarders IF I
ever got one Even though I live in
Denmark I've never really been out
seeing any Danish historical monuments
and stuff like that :/

Are they that strict with the border control stuff? Crap... Scratch that, I just remembered the bombing incident that happened in Norway. Do they allow tourism at all there?
I know the economy sucks everywhere, but are there jobs in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, or surrounding areas? I always wanted to live in Iceland.

As far as I know our job problems have gotten smaller through the past few years.
Though right now we're not really hearing a lot to that since all the news are
about the schools and the Lock-out.
There's a law in Denmark that says we can't have any weapons at our homes unless
they're for "decorational" use (like swords and stuff like that)
You need like a special permission to take weapons through the borders and you
have to fill in a bunch of papers and stuff like that

Sorry, had to go wash my daughters hands and face. She just finished eating. Messy kids.lol Yeah I'd probably have to go through lots of paperworks and customs...lol I have around 14-15 swords of various types on my walls. I love them as decorations. A friend and I used to get out and practice with them a little, but the neighbors called the cops thinking we were really in a fight, so no more of that...lol
