Well, it's not the art that's bad, the art is actually really quite nice.
It takes a lot of know-how to get those darn back legs working right. The only actual art issues I see is the front legs being placed a little high on the body and the wing anatomy is a bit wonky but honestly, most people don't get either of those quite right.
The actual problem is the colors which, aren't so much her fault considering that it was drawn for someone else.

Take the stripes off and change the green in the mane and tail to be darker and this pony would be fine.

I drew it for free by raffling off spots. So the person I drew it for won the raffle not the art. It's to help me practice. I'd only been drawing about a year at the time.
