Everything on this costume was made by me, including the staff, which I am very proud of! This photo was taken at Otakon 2009.Related content

You just keep astounding me. I've been making a page on X-2 cosplays, and I keep finding myself including links to your pages for my "hall of fame" section on each costume.

what is the staph made of, ive always wanted to make stuff like this but can never find a good matarial

The staff is made of two pieces of the foam board (the kind you find in the poster section) hot glued together with a thin sheet of foamie aka Craft Foam on each side on top of that. It was reinforced with some layers of paper mache. I filled in the grooves on the edges with Paper Clay. I painted it with just regular metallic acrylic paint. Hope that makes sense, because it sounds confusing to me when I read it back to myself!
