Snow Villiers cosplay from Final Fantasy XIII made in 2 weeks by me for Neon Genocide. It was worth the stress of finishing it on time, because he looks so cute in it!Thanks for the help and motivation from my friend Fire Lily.

There is a type of printer paper that you can use that is a temporary tattoo. Not sure what brand this was though!

i've got 5 weeks to get the armband ready ... and no idea how to do it, wonderflex is out of the picture, since it's to expensive and i can only order it online

I didn't even use wonderflex actually! I just used craft foam, fabric and the bottom of a full throttle can

Just using some of your pictures as references! I'm going to be using wonderflex and clay for my armband... and I have can only hope to get the shape right.
