Steam Punk/Victorian Harley Quinn costume made by me based on the lovely design fromHer talent is amazing! I adore her work!
When I got into this costume I completely went into goof ball mode and spent the entire time giggling with my friends!
The base hat and Skull cane are kindly sponsored by Costume SuperCenter
I added details to the hat: white lines, lace, and a skull cabochon.
