I love the anime Last Exile! Delphine is a super evil character! I chose to this young version of her, because I really thought the design was beautiful. It was only really shown for a few minutes in a flashback, but who cares! I ran around in this costume with my friend Amazonmandy who wore her Adult Delphine costume at Anime USA 2009. I will post photos of us together and of my funky shoes after I get better photos back.All of this costume was made by me.

Thank you! The most annoying part of the whole thing was deffinately the black strips at the top! Rarrr! I used craft foam and Wonderflex for the base of the headpeice.
