Hey hey, it's raffle time again!
INFORMATION
Since the only way to increase portfolio exposure lately seems to be doing freebies, I'm starting a few rounds of chibi giveaways!
The winner of the giveaway will receive a flat-colored Capsule Chibi of their OC!
For this week, there will be TWO winners for single chibis!
RULES
Final image will be for Personal Use only!

This round will be SINGLES ONLY!
Users may not win two weeks in a row!
