Theres a guy who owns them (the local bird sanctuary guy) and brings them into town. He has a booth (if you will) set up.

He belongs to a Friend of mine, My Friend does Falconry displays in the UK, i generally visit his Birds in the winter time when they are not flying so much.

Thanks!! I was only about three feet away from them. Theres a guy who works for a bird rescue charity who owns these particular owls and sets up a booth in town. They're absolutely impressive birds up close.
