Description
This is the classic Windows 98 bootscreen made for Windows 7. There is no animation on the bootscreen.You need [this] to apply the bootscreen.

The original image was a dis-proportional 320x400 8-bit bitmap graphic. I got it from an original Windows 98 install. So naturally blowing this up to today's screen resolutions is gonna make it look pixel-y. It doesn't help that LCD screens make everything look as pixel-y as it is.

Additionally u used a very bad JPEG compression method which creates artifacts everywhere.

Actually I used portable network graphics (.png) except for the preview picture and they appear identical. Perhaps it is photoshop's method of blowing up the image.
