It isn't that I hate her, but because of how she was portrayed in the anime, she's just 'eh' at times.

Even though the subs are superior, she's actually quite sweet in the Funi English dub.
Vivi is one of my all-time favorite characters, but I'd probably dislike her if I watched the Alabasta Arc subbed.
