I love it except one critical mistake, why is most the caption text pitch black? It's damn impossible to see on the background.

I think it's fantastic - not too dark, not too bright and minimalistic in appearance. Well done 
Would it be possible to have a version tweaked for the taskbar icons to flash orange, yellow or white (not all three together) instead of the darker grey it already does? I don't notice it much and makes talking on MSN and mIRC slow because I don't see new messages

ahh now for that your going to need IconPackager to change that. and you can get the icons at the icon factory. the icon is called tisystem.

I love it, although I think the scrollbars could be a bit better. I can't put my finger on it but they just feel too large while they are not.
