There are an amazing amount of plushie tutorials on Craftster.org and it's a free to join site. It's a great place to showcase plushies and other crafts but isn't a place to sell things.

Thank you for listing all these wonderful tutorials!!!

I thought I would message here; Shoot me down in flames if you wish but I have recently taken an interest in wanting to make dolls. As any good artist wood I have first spent a while researching doll making, patterns, tutorials, tips etc etc etc. My friend has just linked me here as she said you have some tutorial links - which you do. However you don't have some of the ones I have and for this reason I thought I would be wonderful and send you in the links to add to your list of links (upto you if you do).
