Description
Here's Envy's concept art! Most things are pretty solidified for his design, the only questionable stuff is his outfits.
I drew up a casual one which I'm really not that excited about, and his main outfit which is like a 50%-75% solidity, there's just some aspects I'm not super solid on

Personality and Relationships
Personality: Extremely jealous. Envy has two personalities, a quiet, nervous one and a violent, jealous one. The quiet one is not quite aware of the jealous one, but the jealous one is very aware of the calm one. The quiet one is quite nervous, often shying away from social situations and opting to stay by themselves. Very sweet despite all of that. The jealous one takes over slowly as his jealousy grows and clouds his judgement. Very easy to set him off and becomes violent until he gets whatever he wants. Only triggerable around other creatures, if left to his own devices, the jealous one never comes out as there's nothing to be jealous of.

Dislikes: Not being able to attain something
Strengths: Is able to attain attributes of living animals that he desires, gets bigger with every new animal consumed, can change shape as long as it's a creature it's eaten before
Weaknesses: True form is just a lil caterpillar, Angel arms sprout from his head and back that attempt to hold him back, now has to use a large amount of energy to transform into a monster because of the angel arms so can only maintain form for about an hour

Relationships: Ara

History
Envy has existed since humans have. He is part of the seven deadly sins (Envy, Lust, Gluttony, Wrath, Sloth, Pride, Greed) and often argues with his colleagues (siblings?) that he was the first and that he is what created the others. Argues the most with Greed. His original form was a small caterpillar that could fit on the palm of a human. He was jealous of other creatures as he was just a small little caterpillar that couldn't defend itself other than biting. So it began eating creatures that it could. He kept getting bigger and bigger like the hungry, hungry caterpillar.
Eventually, he caught the attention of some angels, the natural enemies of demons like him. Allies of peace, they attacked him. Many died and the rest had to retreat. Their leader, a seraphim, was also one of the many that were eaten by Envy, however, the seraphim didn't exactly die. Before dying, the seraphim used the last of its powers to manifest itself on Envy's body as three pairs of arms; one positioned to cover Envy's eyes, one positioned to cover Envy's ears, and finally, one positioned to cover Envy's mouth. Following the famous phrase "See no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil," the seraphim hopes that covering some of his senses would stop, or at least delay, Envy's violent jealousy.
After the battle, Envy returned to his normal, quiet self which surprised the seraphim. It felt neutral toward this Envy and doesn't try to cover his senses unless it starts to feel Envy's jealousy. The arms are not visible in Envy's perfect human form, but Envy can't keep up the perfect form 24/7 and definitely can't keep it up with his jealous personality as that personality does not care for any incognito. Envy's humanoid form is his default form.
Envy first saw Ara at a club when the spider was picking up a random girl. Envy became infatuated and jealous that Ara wasn't hitting on him. Envy stalked Ara for a while, killing and eating every one Ara slept with during that period, until Ara finally hit on Envy. Ara quickly picked up on who and what Envy was, but he quickly became infatuated himself. They found out they have a good symbiotic relationship as a semi-open one. While Envy can more or less satisfy Ara's hunger, sometimes it becomes too much and Ara can't satisfy Envy's by himself. Ara still continues his incubus tendencies of picking other people up, but Envy becomes jealous and waits for Ara to be done so he can consume the person Ara decided to pick up. This feeds both of their needs and keeps them healthy and happy.

Extra
-The seraphim's arms seem fond of Ara, often touching Ara when it can reach him. Ara is also fond of the arms, much to Envy's dismay
-Envy has a hard time becoming friends with other people and had an even harder time accepting Ara's friends. Over time and lots of fighting with Ara and his friends (both physically and verbally), he has become tolerant. Ara's learned that Envy's jealousy is strongest when the jealousy first takes hold, but Envy can become used to that feeling over time with specific things.
