So, my Third OC from Dragon Ball Z, at the same Victor's universe, this guy is the guy I would tell his tales first, in similar way of the 12 labours of Hercules, very soon...

So, a little summary of the Master Roki:

Roki's First years
From nothing, in the distance space, legends of a Human Hero spreads...

-¿How?, ¿How he could be in so many places?
-¿It's the Legenday Super Saiyayin?, ¿Its a Spacelord?, ¿Its the Chapulin Colorado?, ¿Its a Human?...
- No, he's more than Human

In many Planets this Urban legends spread, tons of people start belive in him, a hero who comes just when people needed most...
But nobody belived he was human...
He not was more than a Myth when he was Young, and nobody have seen or remember his face then...
Something else its that in some part of his travels, he take a Kid from streets to train him, Rokko

Master Roki
He become well know when in the planet were all the gladiatiors meet, he come and put in ridicule in a fight the Emperor, who was the maximun authority, that future rivalry betwen two was who make his face was remembered by every single living being, trought tons of galaxyes as the strongest person in the universe.
A strongest myth than the God of Destruction and the Kaioshins born...

Name: I put that name in memorial of my First dog, Roki, a yellow dog lol, my mother name that dog for Rocky Balboa (She is spanish and not spelled good Rocky)

Clothes: I chosee the first my mind created

Techniques: is like Kenshiro and his Secrets moves, you alredy dead if you see one exept BATOMAN

#8 Boost Move; Silver Aura: This technique increases the level of power base of its user over 100 times, that because of use the number 4 technique sparkling against the normal ki, so it is definatively energy over dimentional, its effects are like the kaioken, increasing all the capacities of its possessor, Roki, however, never needs such a technique because he can not find a suitable enemy to do it.

#27 Special environment Move; Cobweb: This move uses a artificial environment, it not consist of ki, it uses another type of energy, which I will not spoil but it is his special technique number 4, this kind of energy almost invisible, (The heat of it could be found, is minimun but it gives him away) fluctuating and fleeting, which Roki is used to wrap his opponents in the creativity he want, could catch, cross, dismember, whip, etc to his opponent.
For his enemies to realize they have fallen, Roki wraps the special energy in common ki

#81 Epic Atack; Quazar: One of the Most destructive and powerful atacks from any race in the universe, that makes Supernova or Hypernova of Demon Cold Family insignificant.
This Key Attack was created a long time ago, when the Quasars still existed (if you know what I mean), for an ancestral race, the first to exist ?, the first to tracend? ... maybe only Roki, the only one able to execute the technique knows.
