So, my Fourth OC from Dragon Ball Z, at the same Victor's universe, his father in accuarated words.

So, a little summary of Master Roki's Student:

Rokko's First years
Living in the streets of the earth with 14 years old, he just wandered through hostels and asking for food.
But for a lucky destiny, Master Roki "adopt" he in some way, he consired him as a father, the father he never had, but soon, he noticed in the many adventures he would have, what is a real father, than a Friend...

Rokko and Power
Rokko in just in a matter of time, with the training of Master Roki, become really strong, but he used that power in a evil way, he had a good side, but many times, he show his enemies the scars of the hard life he has in his childhood.
Even he tryed to betray his master, ¿but what his master do?, literally, he treated that "evil" as a kid rampage, and stop in some way that behind, and that, was the closest thing to a father he feel of his master.

Name: Yeah, again a name of my second dog, Roco, a brown doggy

Clothes: His Pants was from his master, and his armor was my Imagination

Power Level: (Before two Months Training Surpressed) 370.000
(By the way, he alredy performed the Kaioken)

Techniques: Here just three he performed

Super Punch: A fiery Punch fist wrapped in ki to extraordinary points, exaggerated best say, enhancing the power of his fists up to 4 or 16 times greater, especially increasing the brute force, not dozens, hundreds but thousands of dozens of times.
This is one of Rokko's favorite techniques.

In any other inexperienced human, the pressure is so high that the hand could explode, or in the worst case, the arm and the torso of not controlling the concentrated ki (The effect is similar to the technique of Hanayama pressure in Baki)

"Buff as Hell" or as I call it, "Frozen Candle Effect": As rochi, increase so many muscles that you instantly become a bodybuilder, but not only muscle, wrapp in ki, similar to the super fist, but more dangerous, then eject all that ki in a violent way, it really is not a good technique for combat, in reality it is terrible, despite increasing the strength of its owner dozens of times, without slowing it down by muscles,(the muscles disappear and the strength of them stays for a moment) the effect lasts very little (like those stupid frozen candles) and the ejected ki is relatively harmless, at least if the level of power is enough, Rokko use it to make fear hes opponents

"Psychic Ki": Really, isn't that great as the name, but, with it, he is able to project ki out of his body, and with the help of the technique of instantaneous transnmicion, very more far, (At least in planetoid level around) he is not capable of make as great atacks in a normal way, but he is already capable of making powerful attacks and with the fact, of not moving a single finger (Data Spoiler lol: steal the technique to a child, student of Master Toby, since this was not able to make a decent attack of ki)
