Since I was waffling on in my journal about Sue from the Fantastic Four being one my earliest inflation fantasies I thought I'd put a drawing of her all ballooned on here. Coloured it in a bit of a hurry, I'll get around to redoing it at some point

Irony: "The Incredibles" was inspired by "The Fantastic Four", but the powers were swapped around, and the mom has the stretchy powers and is known as Elastigirl.
So, this brings up a goog topic: what if both Richard and Sue had "stretch" as their superpower, instead of one or the other?
Also, I forgot how in the hell the FF ever beat Doctor Doom, who's one of the GREATEST VILLAINS EVER.

You've made me think, I've never drawn an Elastigirl inflation picture, though I've seen some pretty cool ones.
I've often wondered why Mr Fantastic wasn't called Mr Elastic..or why Sue didn't become Mrs Fantastic when she married him.

It depends on how inflated she was when she was hit, so HER FATE IS ENTIRELY IN YOUR HANDS.
Maybe you could do a follow-up, where you show the fate that you chose for her!

Further to my last reply, I've just been reflecting on what a dumb child I was..I spent ages drawing the Invisible Girl all inflated like a balloon, but did it occur to me to call her The Inflatable Girl in those pictures? No, I used to refer to her as "Fat Susan", which is extra stupid as the whole point was she was filled with air, not fat
I have thought of doing a version of the scene from the Rise of the Silver Surfer film, only with Jessica Alba as the Inflatable Woman of course! Don't know if you've seen the film, but if you have I'm sure you remember that there's a scene where Doom would have succeeded in bursting her, if she had been inflatable in the movie.

Yes, indeed I could do that...my inclination is always to have her explode, but it might be fun to have her whizzing around deflating like a leaking balloon. Well, she WOULD be a leaking balloon, not just LIKE one
I did draw a new picture of the Inflatable Girl the other day. She isn't as inflated as she is here, though. Anyway, I might well upload that soon. In fact, I have loads of old drawings of Sue as the Inflatable Girl/Woman, she was the first character I ever drew in this way..as a child I was pretty obsessed with the idea of her being blown up like a balloon! I haven't changed much...

YES! haha!, You'd think she could have put a forcefield up between her and the darts. It's not like invisibility would help her now, sure she's a little big to hide.
