Hey there! I was supposed to go to bed hours ago, or that was my plan, to catch up on some sleep! But I was thinking about drawing and couldn't resist. I can sleep next weekend
Look who it is! It's my underwater explorer I drew a while back in the 2017 Sketching Challenge, and now she's finally coming out of the water
Or is it...? This girl has darker hair (even though I know that wet hair gets darker and that's the look I was trying for). Maybe it's her cousin? But she looks a little lost, as she has found an uninhabited island somewhere
This was, as always, done as an exercise in proportions. No reference used (I challenged myself yet again), so please feel free to critique the proportions of the body! I'm particularly interested in comments about leg thickness and length, size and placement of the torso, and neck/head placement. Thanks!
