SO GUYS THAT NEW VIDEO HUHAnyways I actually made this before the video came out, I just didn't have time to post it here. Β So this is spoiler free! Β However, feel free to actually discuss spoilers in the comments, I don't mind as long as you tag them for those who haven't seen it yet!

Oh my gosh same! Shiro has become a favorite of mine, partly because her design has one of my favorite shades of pink, and partly because she's so darn cray cray! We'll have to wait for Hellbent to see what happens next!

We haven't gotten any exact dates, but I don't think it will be happening for a while. Believe me, I would love for it to come out like next week, but if we want a beautifully animated video with amazing character development, we're going to have to wait a little longer. It's like it's said, quality over quantity!

All very true. Haha, well, back to enjoying fan content! That held me over pretty well the first time, people are so creative. I hope this inspires more stories, too. I think the wait isn't so bad, as long as you don't think of it as 'only another year' until we get another video. XD Also, I was just reading over the tvtropes page, and the comments section of the video. Already someone noticed a door in the cave that I hadn't, and that the truck passing the MS van would be the one Lewis would possess. I love little things like that!

Yeah, and I think the wait for the next one should be shorter than the wait for Freaking out was, since Ghost was intended to be a single video by itself, until the incredible popularity lead Ben to start making the sequel around six months after the release.
And yeah, until the next video, we got the theories and fanarts of the fandom to keep us alive, along with possibly new character information from Ben himself! (I mean, it's not too farfetched that we may hopefully see more of chicken man, isn't it?)

Not at all! He reminds me, style wise, of that kid from that gamecube game. And in story, I'm sure he'll be looking for someone that believes him when he says that he ran into a ghost (literally) and that it took over his truck. XD I checked Mystery Ben's page and he said that Friday, he'll be talking about a few things. Maybe one of those things will be Chicken Man. :3

There are so many little details in the video. I've watched it at least a few dozen times today.
In my opinion, the photograph fadeout may just be emphasis. I'm more curious:
Β A. What does that map with pictures of Lewis' face mean? Was Arthur expecting Lewis to turn up as a ghost and looking for him this whole time or something?
B. Why is the cave where Lewis died now covered in pink checkerboard patches? Was this the effect of Lewis' death on the place?
C. What's with the coffee table that vanishes just before Lewis left the sight of the mansion? DID HE SERIOUSLY GET A CUP OF COFFEE?

It's on my to do list for tonight, in at least three places. XD Oh! Could be, he doesn't fade out until the shot passes by Vivi, who's sleeping like a rock. I love the part where she wakes up for all of two seconds, only to fall right back asleep.
I think Arthur's been looking for him since the mansion incident. He even had bags under his eyes, like it was a problem that had been keeping him up at night. Or maybe it was just Mystery keeping him up, haha. He probably wants to help him, even though Lewis just wants him dead.
I WAS WONDERING THAT TOO?! Like, that wasn't there before, was it? Could that cave have been some kind of abandoned theme park attraction? Maybe it was Lewis' effect, it was his left over spirit energy in the cave was what caught Shiromori's attention in the first place.
LOL YES. He literally took a coffee break and I just love it. He was depressed for all of five minutes, but now he's back on track. XD

That does make things weird now for Arthur... I mean, he spends all this time trying to find Lewis, and now Lewis is the one chasing him- for revenge. Meanwhile, the real killer is now running loose, according to that first shot of the caves.
Yes, the pink checkerboard was not there before! I have checked (pun intended) the original animation.
Ghosts have coffee breaks. Oh man... Mind blown.
I like the details they added for people who follow the story more closely- like the apple star on Arthur's laptop, or the crown and wrench on his map. Kingsmen Mechanics, much?

I saw that arm! I wonder if it's going to grow a new body like an evil starfish, or quietly stalk the gang until after Shiromori is dealt with, where it then tries to possess Arthur again. lmao
Oh wow. And in the first few shots of the cave, you can see some striped wallpaper too, like in the mansion, giving even more credit to Pockymaster13's comment about it being a wormhole of sorts. I hope some of these questions can be answered by MysteryBen, just to clear things up, even if it would be more fun to find out in another video.

What I'm guessing might happen with that arm? That arm is still possessed and still wearing that armband. If Lewis were to find it somehow, that could tell him the truth about his death- or at least, serve as proof. The animators won't ever show anyone telling Lewis directly, since no one actually speaks in these videos. They have to use visual cues of some kind.

Haha, you're right. Sometimes I forget they don't talk, there's so much going on to tell the story. The arm looks like it is intent on laying low for now, but let's hope when Lewis does see it, he'll be able to put it together.

Found it! Also, look to the far right when Shiro is overlooking the stalactites at :23, just inside that offshoot cave. I can't tell whether it's a door or a treasure chest or what, but there's definitely something there... you don't get straight lines like that in a cave.
Also, literally JUST noticed- when Lewis is pinking out, Vivi's eyes go pink as well! This could mean the pink out is a reminder of her amnesia.

You know you said that, and now I can't help but wonder if whatever down that path, be it door or chest, is the reason that green entity was in the cave in the first place.
So far, the only thing I didn't like about the new video, is that you can't tell what Arthur knows now. Some people are speculating that he didn't recognize Lewis at all, and that's why he has a map, marked with places to look for him. I figure that he must have told them, it has been 3 years, but argh, the unanswered questions! Nope, definitely not reading too hard into this. c:

Yeah, what Arthur knows and what he doesn't is kind of sketchy, isn't it? I firmly believe he did recognize Lewis, or is at the very least highly suspicious- otherwise, why put the mansion incident on the map?
Besides, if you've been paying attention to the moon, it changed between the videos. It was a crescent, but now it's full- so either the animators weren't paying attention/just wanted that shot of Shiro's head flying across the moon, or it's been a few weeks.
If it's been that long, he's had all the more time to think about it and make the connections. I mean, the hair alone is pretty suspicious, but then you add the way he acted around Vivi near the end, and it's pretty blatant.

With regards to question B:
It's been speculated that Lewis's mansion actually was in two places: the area where his locket was, as well as in the cave, sort of like a spectral wormhole or of the like! Β This can be supported since the checkerboard patches match the patches in the background of Ghost when the gang is falling through the hole with the mirrors!
