Aurora does fly, and she's pretty okay with her wings... but she is terrified of heights. She is lucky to have her best friend Starbright to help her in her flying lessons, being a wonderbolt trainee and all.
Aurora and Starbright grew up together, Starbright being Rainbow Dash and Apple Jacks adopted daughter. Starbright calls Aurora Aura, and Aurora calls her Star.
