For those of you that want to take your Gym into a more competitive and serious environment, we are introducing the Elite Gym Ranking System! Through either the purchase of a Gym Leader License or earning the Gym Leader Ribbon, your Gym will be eligible to be entered into our ranking tiers! These tiers are a constantly changing list of top ranked Gyms, sorted by Pokemon type! (Note: Dual Type Gyms will be entered into both of their respective type tiers)

To climb the tier ladders and take your place as the top Gym of your type, you must earn Gym Exp. Gym Exp can be earned through Gym Battles! You will receive 2 Gym Exp for a loss and 4 Gym Exp for a win. Every fifth win that your Gym earns, you will receive an additional 2 Gym Exp! Please note that Gym Exp is specifically for your Gym. Gym Exp does not count toward your Pokemon.

The Gym type tiers will be listed from highest Exp to lowest, meaning that the person with the most Exp will be #1, and so on and so forth. There is no set updating time for these tiers - once someone passes your Exp, they will move past you! In order to stay #1, you must stay on your toes!

Working for #1 in your tier also comes with benefits! From time to time, we will reward you in random ways - we may hold a Top Gym Raffle, or a Tournament that only the best can enter!

How to Enter the Elite Gym Ranking System
Have an Obtainable Gym Badge (You must provide this to victorious challengers!)

Have a Gym Journal (Include all Gym Information)

Have Gym Type Selected (May be Dual Typed)

Purchase a Gym Leader License or Obtain a Gym Leader Ribbon

Elite Gym Ranking System Rules
All Gyms must be single or dual typed.

Pokemon used by the Gym Leader must adhere to your Gym's type.

Battles may be Single or Double.

Gym battle results must be reported on the appropriate journal.

No foul play. Do not discourage trainers from visiting other Gyms, do not cheat, etc.
