EDIT: I completely changed his weed-fins because the old ones didn't look like a leafy sea dragon's. I made them bigger, wider and lighter in color like a real leafie. <3

He's simply spectacular. I think my favorite part of his design is the functionality of his hind legs. They really are wonderfully structured, and so thoughtfully designed. I'm also really glad to see him back!

They were little wing thingys before which when drawing him again, I thought looked awkward and so hence Ichthilas! xD
