Naruto manages to get injured after performing the Sexy-no-Jutsu (turns guy into sexy girl). Sakura decides to fully immobilize him since he has a habit of escaping from the hospital. Ironically, Naruto escapes and apologizes to Hinata when needing to leave behind a decoy. Ino finds Hinata and promises revenge, but Hinata doesn't want that.

Later, Ino and Sakura decide to play a prank on Naruto by pretending Hinata was in an accident. They did not count on Hinata's father to come in, but unknown to them, he did figure out the ploy and warned Naruto. Naruto decided to play a prank on them.

Naruto decides to bring out Hinata on a date, but he tries to have his clones attack him under disguise. Things don't end well as the clones win and decide to tie them up. It takes a while to get free, but Hinata, while not pleased with the plan, still likes Naruto for trying to please her.

And finally, Tsunade noticed the diminishing medical supplies and decide to teach the four girls a lesson...
