Description
My Switzerland cosplay - it was the first Hetalia cosplay I started (sometime last winter) but I never got around to finishing it until now.I'm just trying it out for the first time and messing around with the lighting and stuff.
The reason I wanted to do this cosplay is that I love Switzerland, the country, not the character. It's a really beautiful place and I hope to spend a lot more time there. I love being up in the mountains
All right well please tell me what you think!

Well, not really. I mean I've traveled a little, but I love it. You should see me in an airport - I get so excited, even when I'm not going anywhere. But next summer I am planning to go on a epic adventure through Europe with my friend! XD I'm superexcited for that (assuming it works out)

:I You are frightening me. I went to Switzerland for a month this summer, to visit family and such. And I am, as well, planning an epic adventure through Europe with my friend... :I -though I might have to wait for a few more years- AND I get excited in airprorts (I love seeing the different planes and I especially love when they say there is a flight leaving for AirFrance -its the way they say it- XD)
I was reading your comment and thinking- Oh my god... That sounds just like me XD -must tell you-
((Sorry XD I had to tell you!))

OO yay my travelling twin! XD
Isn't Switzerland a lovely place? I went to school in Germany right on the border and I got to go there a few times, and I think it's such a nice place. You have family there? I'm so jealous ~
You're planning an epic European adventure as well?? We should accidentally run into each other! XD That's su funny. Next summer my friend and I want to go. We have a lot of friends who were exchange students we can go and visit, and the rest of the time we will be staying in sketchy youth hostiles and other such places. I am so looking forward to this!
You get excited in airports too? I love looking at the list and seeing where all the flights are coming from and them trying to talk to the people. haha I pretended to be waiting for someone just so I could hear the accents of the people arriving from London.
((It's okay I totally understand XD ))

Yay~!
Switzerland is AMAZING. I want to do soem sort of foreign exchange there. Or go there for a year to study in Geneva maybe.. And yes, I have family from my dads side X) They are actually all over Switzerland, and we have a chatel in the mountains near Italy XD Its sooooo pretty there ;A;
And yes, I am planning my epic European adventure as well XD Although I am not sure I could pull it off by next summer, it would be cool if I did and we randomly met XD
I am planning on staying with friends and family~ Since they are all over Europe~ I have my moms friend in Italy, and my cousins in Paris, my uncles friend in London, relatives in germany (Dont know them..) And I also have family in Croatia (Or around there) and Sweden (DOnt know them either XD) And my uncle works for the security of Switzerland, and he was like," Oh, just go to the Youth hostiles. Those work" XD So I will most likely do that as well~
Lol XD I never got that much time in an airport since I am Technically too young to go by myself :I I was UM. Heh, I love hearing everyone speak in different languages, or in my case, sitting next to a Nicaruagran(?) that only spoke french and spanish on the plane from Geneva to Amsterdam. That was interesting XD I couldn't understand him

You totally should! I'm so jealous you have family there. I love it up in the mountains there, its so peaceful and it looks like a storybook and it also smells really nice, which sounds weird, but do you know what I mean?
Have fun staying with all your family. I've got some family in Italy who I stayed with last year. they're very...energetic. XD And as I mentioned I've got friends in Germany and my friend who I'm going with did an exchange to Paris, so we can visit her family and then her grandparents apparently have friends all over europe, so I'm hoping to stay with some of them (hooray for random people I don't know) And then I absolutely really really really want to go to Scandinavia and Finland and so I guess if we can' find people we'll just stay in youth hostils there.
haha I love when people speak differnet languages too XD I was on the plane from ZΓΌrich to Boston and the guy next to me was from Peru. He was using his dictionary to fill out customs forms, and the only thing he said to me was "good bye" at the end- which was nice, but it was just kind of ironic that he didn't speak german or english.

Lol, OF COURSE I know what you mean! X3 I love the smell. It was amazing, I could breath so much better when I got there, and on the plane back to the US, I remember dreading it because I didnt want to have to breath in the polluted air... Lol, I was being a bit of a baby about it XD
That's awesome X3 I really really want to do an exchange to Switzerland or Germany, but my school said if I left I would be kicked out D: And not allowed back... So I will have to talk to some people higher up in the school district to get what I want. Might I ask what program you went through? I've been trying to find a good exchance program but I'm not sure...
Lol, yes X3 It is always a bit strange when you meet someone that doesnt speak any language that makes sense to the country you're in XD Or, like on the flight from Geneva to Amsterdam, the ladies spoke dutch and english, but no french or german...

WHOA I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE??? yess I love the smeel of the air in Switzerland. It's gorgeous. And of course the entire country looks like something out of a picture book. I want to go back!! Right now!!
I went through a program that was already set up through my school. I go to a type of school called a Waldorf school, and there's a built-in exchange program, if you want, for little expense, because I had a girl some live with me too.
Right? And the lady in the Swiss supermarket who only spoke Spanish XD Good times traveling!
Sorry for the late reply ~ I am intimidated my the large comments stack!! D:

LOL! YES! It was hard to NOT notice the difference! <33 It was so breathtaking XD (in a literal sense too XD) So do I.
Awwwww, lucky you! Gah, I will just have to talk with my counselors more... That's a good idea to do a pair exchange... I wonder which exchange would be best then... D; Why is it so hard to find
Lol. XD That's funny! I got strange stares from people at supermarkets because I got over excited when I saw something I really liked.... /shot. XD
It's ok! So do I! *has 4 long comment stacks, waiting to be replied to D:*

I know what you mean! The girl I ended up doing my exchange with told me about the programs she looked into before she found me, unrelated to our schools, and she said they were all ridiculous ammounts of money, which is silly because if you do it with another person, the only real expense is the plane ticket!
XD I do that too! I also like to sing in Walmart.... i wonder if I should be worried?
D: I KNOW RIGHT? I am going to get through them all!

Yeah, so far, the cheapest I have found is $12,299... D: Do you know if the program your school goes through can be done with other schools? And with another person... What do you mean? *trying to find as much info as possible*
Lol, XD I think you are normal, do not be alarmed XD
Yes!! It will just take.... a few weeks

Well I go to this type of school called a Waldorf school, which is kind of an alternative type of private school... hmm I'm not exactly sure how to explain it... but exchanges are highly recommended there. My school is really small and almost half my class went away on exchange. It's really fun because there's lots of exchange students who come through.
I'm not very well informed about exchange programs through public schools. How did the ones you find work?

Oooh, ok. That's cool! And the ones I found, you just pay a bunch of money and they will find you a host family and you go spend the year with them. But idk how trustworthy it is...

Me too! It's so exciting Well, the only time I don't is when I'm sick from being on a plane for hours and then it's just like "GET ME OUT OF HERE" but other than that, airports are awesome.
