Description
This started out as playing with Iray settings for this really old model and making normal maps in Filter Forge. Then I decided to take a serious crack at some epic fantasy art. I'm really happy with how this turned out. This is the type of fantasy art I strive to do with 3D. Inspired by art like this . I finally figured out how to get that nice soft rim light effect that photomanipulator paint in but in DS. When using a spotlight, you have use disk or square geometry and crank up the number really huge like 5000. Then turn up the light power to like federal government unfunded liability levels.
