I like the chibi style very much to be fair, I think it's perfect for when you want to give the picture/comic/manga a more cute/relaxed tone, something to break the tension or just to have a laugh.
In this case I see you focused on making these characters look cute, and you did a wonderful job at that!

Lineart: Amazing!

• I can look at this picture as much as I want but I'm sure I won't find an issue with the lines used in here, they are all perfectly stable and the lineweight is very much even as well.
• Good use of the broader outline on the chibis! It helps selling the idea of them being stickers a lot more!

Color/Shading: Amazing!

• The color palette chosen here works wonders, mainly because every chibi has pretty much their own theme going on for them, therefore they each have a different palette that makes them stand out from each other; this is more easy to notice on the last four on the right, (like the girl with the cat ears with warm colors and the samurai on her right with the cool colors) the contrast is so strong yet so seamless it's very pleasant to look at!
• The way you make the eyes is also something remarkable, even more considering these are cute chibis (they NEED nice looking eyes haha) they're full of life and details, and also make your eyes gravitate towards them.
• There's no shading except for those small highlights all over their bodies, while this is not wrong (because they supposed to be stickers) it's always nicer to get some sort of shading here, even if is a simple one.

Anatomy/Posing: Great!

• First of all, I know these are chibis and are supposed to be deformed in a way, but all proportions on their bodies have enough consistency, and all the heads look the same, so good work!
• The poses here are great, you had no problem giving each sticker here their own personality, even if you took out everything else I said above, all these would STILL look different! posing is great because it lets the viewer read about extra qualities of the characters they're looking at without the use of words.
• There is ONE issue though regarding anatomy, it's subtle, but once you see it you can't stop looking at it. The right arm (the one taking out the sword) of the samurai girl on the center is abnormally long, most likely because the forearm is coming from below while the actual arm is in a relaxed stance, coming from above, even if you take it as foreshortening it's still too long; the same can be seen on the sorcerer on her right with the arm holding the book but at a smaller scale.

Details:

• The clothes here all look wonderful, it's amazing how a little chibi can have so much detail put into them, you get an A+ on these designs since they really look out from a FF game, they all look good but the best by far are the last two on the right, they're simply gorgeous.

Conclusion:
I know I haven't given many suggestions as yo how you could improve, but this is a fairly simple work of art and besides I really can't find anything wrong looking at this.
I would love to see how you can put these characters in actual enviroments to see how well it goes!

Great job on these sticker chibis. They look really adorable. Each one of them have nice and colorful costumes. Their subtle expressions and poses also give quite a lot of personality to each one of them. They really look good and definitely stand out. With that said, I do have a few suggestions to perhaps help add a bit more.

First of all, got to point out a bit on the samurai, as well as that mage looking one with the book. Their left arms are bit too long. It doesn't really ruin the image, but it does become a tad bit noticeable, when you look at it a second time. You could tell their right arms are at a right position, but you look at the left arms, they sink a bit too low. Again, doesn't ruin the image, but can be noticeable, if one person starts looking. 

Now with that said, perhaps it's because they're stickers, but I think they'd really look good if you added a bit of shades to the characters. I can see that some of them have it in their hair, but others have just plain colors. The lighting does give more dimension, but I really think adding a few shades would make it better. It doesn't have to be that much, just perhaps simple shading here and there, to give more life to each one of them.

Regardless, still cute images and well made. Good job!

The Chibi Style is perhaps the most effective alternative to make universally adorable all characters

In this case, there are 6 and I ALL EVER liked them.

Noting that I have not played FFXIV, I must say that the appearances of the girls are varied, each one with a very well-taken care of detail, some tender expressions and above all, the magnificence they present and the power that each one with their poses.

The colors used are varied and the proportions of the Chibis are achieved and successful to be Chibis. In my case, the one I like the most is the first one with the revolver; It has a great design and a very adorable face. I do not say that the others are left behind, but it is only a personal taste of mine
In short, I like these Chibis too, which is why you just won a Watch
