How I Do Textures *Tutorial*
in MS Paint
Any spots on your art that are white
will get textured
Dont forget to gray out the spaces between the legs
and all the whites in the eyes : )

start with an outline
make sure its saved as a .png
(how to save as a png)
load to MS paint, save as monochrome .bmp,
save as color .bmp, save as .png
fill in all other white areas with a solid color
open the texture you want
copy paste the outline on top of the texture
click the bucket or something to click off your art
then copy paste back to original

you had the outline saved as a jpg
never save anything as jpg ever
*unless making a pic smaller to send through e-mail*
never save as .jpg
also there were open spots in the outline
