This is a drag drop base unlike my other bases that the ears/tail/wings were already lined up!Buy here or ask about PP:

It depends on your program! Autodesk Sketchbook allows PSD files like this, most others do too but one program called 'IbisPaint X' doesn't!

But how do I open the files in Autodesk sketchbook? And it's an app right? because I looked it up and it showed up as an app

Yes it is an app! There is a way to create a new sketch from images, and it accepts this type of file.
>Open App
>Hit the "+" at the bottom of the screen
>Choose 'New From Image'
>Select 'Open from Documents'
Then select your wanted image to use and have fun coloring!
