Without even reading the title, I thought this was like a wave. In a way, it is like two forces meeting together - that of the sky, and that of the clouds. That said, the impression I get is that the clouds are the usurper, not the sky. They have more force, while the cactus and the land stand sentinel in watch.
There is some great movement here for a photograph that has captured a moment in time.
