well you can increase you power by usig speed thanks to this formula: power = force + size/hardness X speed. increase speed and power gets increased.
this can also go the other way with a formula: Speed = waight - force : power. normal speed is with power = 1. but if i use 50% of my power my speed gets increased a lot (because i have high power stat).
and yes math and logic play a big role in this.
