The hare parasite remained to the side of Mat. '' Don't forget boy. Focus on his movements and find the perfect opportunity to strike him. Even one kick from you could change the odds immensely given your strenght, so don't mess up.'' Mat didn't respond and kept scowling at the snake coming up.

The Cobra about to bite him off, Mat quickly jumped to the side, avoiding the hit. The snake then resumed his assault by spiting his venom at high velocity at the hare, who easily outran the movement. Seeing his opponent was faster tha he anticipated, the cobra frowned and chased after Mat. The area was wide, which gave the hare infetced a good environment to run. As he got pursue by the snake, he scrapped his hand on the ground to grab some dirt.

'' IT'S USELESS TO RUN AWAY RABBIT. I AM THE FASTEST GUY OF MY GROUP! THERE IS NO WAY YOU WILL EVER BE ABLE TO OUTRUN ME!'' He cakcled loudly. Mat looked behind him as he ran and let out the dirt he grabbed earlier from his hand, which directly connected the eyes of is pursuer. He then proceeded to punch him hardly in the jaw with his fist. the snake grunted in pain and stumbled a bit backward, holding his mouth. Mat didn't wasted time and dashed into him, ramming his knee into his gut. As the snake infected's eyes widened at the suddent hit, Mat grabbed his shoulders and knee'd him again in the guts. Repeating the movement again and again, he was furiously ramming him as hard as he could. after a dozen of hits, he then kicked him in the chest, sending him fly againste a tree. Falling on the ground, the snake infected slowly tried to get up, with intense pain on his stomach. He then looked at the hare with a wicked expression.

'' What... guh... what the hell is with that guy... all of a sudden...'' He complainded. Mat directly rushed back at his opponent, who painfully, but swiftly managed to crawl away from the tree. He tried to get some distance with his foe, who was now the one chasing after him. And the hare infetced was actually getting close to him as he tried to get away. Not liking the sudden turn of event, he waited for Mat to get a bit closer, before attempting to spray his venom at his direction. But to his surprise, Mat instinctivly ducked to avoid the spray and immediatly jumped to strike the snake's skull with his knee. A cracking sound ensued,making him roar in pain and fall on his back. But he didn't squirmed too long, for he violently got kicked hin the side, making him roll againste a boulder. After the impact, the snake slowly got up, panting heavily and grunting from all his wounds. He was getting seriously injured, and by what was supposed to be his prey. This insult thos hik killer pride, made him scowl at his menacing foe, walking towards him.

'' You... you bastard dare to think... you can beat me?.... ON YOU OWN?!!'' He yelled furiously. '' I WON'T ACCEPT THIS! NO ONE CAN SURCLASS MY SPEED! NO ONE! DIE!'' '' You took away my pupil. You injured her and tried to eat her. You killed countless childrens. You kill for the pleasure to kill. You are an abomination to this world. Scum like you shouldn't be allowed to exist. Die and rot in hell! That's all that you deserve!'' Mat then slowly increased the pressure of his foot, making the rib cage crack in the process. Took by the effect of surprise, Mat didn't reacted fast enough, allowing the snake to dig his fangs deeply into the left shoulder of his victim. Mat let out a scream that echoed trough the entire forest, shaking and not saying a word, as he could feel the Venom of his agressor flowing into his body. He tried to fight the immense pain on his left shoulder and grabbed the stretched neck of his opponent, before biting deeply into hit with his incisives. The snake yelled in pain as he did so, which allowed Mat to get out of his grip and grab even tigther the neck of his opponent, before lifting his entire body and smash it on the ground once more. the snake panted heavily before his head got stomped harshly by his wounded fow. Mat was holding his bloody left shoulder with his right hand, panting heavily as well. He then grinded his teeths and increased the pressure of his foot once more as he did so.

''YOU MISERABLE PIECE OF ROTTEN SHIT. I'M GIVING YOU A SECOND CHANCE TO REDEEM YOURSELF, AND THAT'S HOW YOU THANK ME???!!!'' He yelled with in fury. however, the snake only showed a smile.

Even if you killed me right now, my venom is meant to kill quickly. Ya can be sure that with all the stuff i injected to you, you won't last very long. Kehehehe! The rain suddently got heavier, as Mat now stood in front of a headless body. Blood and flesh splattered around him. The body slowly reverted to it's previous human form. Mat was intensely staring at the ground, shocked from what just happened. He then looked at the corpse and his bloody foot before backing away in disgust. Holding his wounded shoulder, he then looked around in attempt to remember where he came from. His vision was getting dizzy, the venom most likely taking effect. Walking really slowly, he made a few step, almost crawling, before finnaly collapsing, slowly losing consciousness.. '' Fu......ck.'' He heavily fell on the ground, not moving an inch, being washed by the heavy rain like the corpse near him.

About three minutes later, Gale was back from is duty. He landed where he last saw his comrade and reverted his eagle wings into his formal arns. '' There, pretty sure that's where he was. Now where did he go? '' Gale walked around the area, before noticing a bloody body nearby. He then walked to it, to see it was a human body, with a splatter of blood replacing its head. '' Geez! He really wasn't kidding when he said things were gonna be ugly. Didn't excpect him to even kill the guy in fact. But looks like he really didn't need my help after all.'' The eagle infected kept gazing around to find his comrade.
