So I've had this idea in my head for a while now. What if Sonic the Hedgehog had ranger powers? Who would wield these powers? Well, here are the Mighty Morphin Sonic Rangers!

Red Ranger Sonic...Because who else fit the role of Captain Cliche McHero Leader? lol, I kid. But seriously, Sonic is the go to leader of the gang.
Anyone else remember Mighty and Ray? I do, from SegaSonic released on arcades in 1993...This was before Knuckles was a thing. So to pay respects to the classics, even the obscure ones, Mighty and Ray are the ORIGINAL black and yellow rangers respectively.
I get the feeling that Amy and Kimberly would get along well, so yeah...Pink Ranger Amy Rose.
Tails as the Blue Ranger. Well we all know that Billy was the smart nerd of the group, so yeah.
Shadow may be from a time later in the series, but his role in the Sonic Universe almost mirrors Tommy, and his impact on the Sonic fanbase had about the same effect as Tommy did on the Power Rangers fanbase.
