(2008) 「帽子娘」"Girl with a Hat"OK, so here is the "proper" version of my previous "mini-howto" version (you can check here [link] ).
Sorry, no neat ideas this time.
This is a straight-to-pen outline, so forgive some composition mistakes.
0.5 nankin pen + PSCS basic brush colors.

This is a very 'cute' composition (though I like your other styles better lol) I do see a few things that bother me though. Mostely its her face, her left eye seems to be just kinda floating there and is uneven with her left. Also, she pretty much has no chin lol. the center of the mouth should be centered with the chin or it just kinda thows the whole things off.^^
