Maybe just a little, but it is how it should be. Besides, unpredictibility is a strong component of your stories which makes them popular. At least, this is my point of view.

Thanks for your kind words. I want to show the women preoccupied and narcissistic but not truly sadistic. I don't see the female pleasure in making someone helpless or something like a small animal suffer.
