Transphobia is the systematic dehumanization of trans people. This includes but is not limited to denial of medical treatment(not just transitioning), violence & rape & murder with no consequences for the perpetrator, discrimination in the workplace(including denial of jobs simply because someone is trans), discrimination against trans customers, etc. etc.""Cisphobia"" is the disdain trans people have against cis people for being terrible to them and/or contributing to the systematic dehumanization of trans people. This usually is something along the lines of a trans person saying 'cis people are so annoying' on their personal blog. Trans people have no power over cis people so statements like this hold no weight.
If you want to stop experiencing ""cisphobia"", go back to reddit or turn off your computer. Tah dah, no more ""cisphobia""!
If a trans person wants to stop experiencing transphobia then they're out of luck.

of course you can hate your oppressors. But hating your oppressors means hating THOSE WHO OPPRESS YOU. Not the entire group of people. I feel like unless you're part of a minority group your opinion isn't given any respect, and hey, lucky me, I'm part of two. Women should not hate men for being men. POC should not hate white people for being white. (I'm black and female if you didn't figure that out)
Some people treating you badly is not an excuse to hate an entire group of people forever. Minorities should know better than anybody else that hate accomplishes NOTHING and we should be the last ones to spread it. ahh, for your tldr, "phobia" is usually applied to something people hate i.e. "transphobia," "homophobia," etc. So although cis people aren't oppressed, hating cis people would still fall under the title "cisphobia" although I doubt anyone would use it because cis people aren't oppressed as a people group. Although, assuming that everyone who's not a minority automatically has so much privilege is a sad way to live. A lot of minorities are hard working people, but some need to wake up and stop blaming the majority for their personal problems.

no one is oppressed just for being black or just for being lgbt
people are discriminated against for many things, but no one's being oppressed. I don't think that being cis/het is privileged because not being lgbt doesn't automatically mean your life is 10/10 and you're leading a nice life of privilege. I am a minority, but I will not victimize myself because I do not want to be a victim and I will not be a victim. hey, you don't have to resort to insults just bc we disagree. Maybe we don't have the same understanding of the word oppression. But hey, if that's oppression then by your logic I'm oppressed too. Blacks are sometimes hurt or even killed for their race. I just don't choose to label myself as a victim and use the term "oppression" to describe myself because I think it makes me more likely to become a victim.
I generally would consider a group oppressed if there weren't equal rights, such as the state of women before we gained the right to vote, or the fact that segregation was huge in the past, or that gay marriage wasn't legal. But now LGBT people finally can get married and the only thing I'd say is unequal is that some people treat them badly for being LGBT. But again, same thing happens to blacks. There's homophobes, transphobes, racists and misogynists, but I wouldn't consider any people group in a 1st world country as "oppressed" because of those people
