Thought it would be cute to have some little 'featurettes' of the characters you guys will be seeing over the course of the comic. In case some information isn't 100% clear or obvious, some of it will also be mentioned here just to clarify things ^^

Shamarya aka Shamy

Shamy originates from the old OG days of HARPG where she came into my possession in the form of a Nordanner. She's always been a very personal and cherished character of mine who I've wanted to breath life into again for a long time. She's found her chance via Elysium as she shows everyone what life was like in the 'Before Times'.

Shamy is what the herds in Elyisum would refer to as a 'Halfblood' as her mother was not a pure unicorn but actually a domesticated 'human' horse. While her breeding doesn't affect her health in any way, it has led to her exhibiting traits that are distinctly 'horse'. While she inherited a horn and cloven hooves, her tail is like that of a regular horse which lets all others know of her mixed heritage.

Her father is the leader of their small band of horses who reside in a mountainous glade a few miles from a modest village. Shamy has a natural interest in humans and their connection to their hooved mounts. She herself has made friends with a small girl in the village who she visits when she gets the chance. The girl will adorn her a small satchel that Shamy will fill with herbs she finds before turning to the girl. The human girl's family does not know of her friendship with this wild unicorn and would likely be alarmed to learn of it. Equally alarmed is Shamy's own father who has some big feelings about his daughter mingling so close to humans. Despite his warnings, its hard for him to keep her away seeing as her mother originated from a human farm. With little memory of her mother, Shamy has opted to seek her own answers on what her life was like seeing as her father tells her close to nothing about how they met.
