A bit of advice would be to try to keep the amount of RCS thrusters down when you assemble it. If you have KAS you can take them off after the station is all docked together.

And while I do have KAS I kind of suck on EVAs.

And the long design means that stuff is well clear of other stuff. That's good for when you wanting to dock craft with it or get some torque so you can turn it.

I'm really enjoying the industrial, segmented look. Not only is appealing to realism, it's also good for redundancy. If a bit fails, just launch another.
