Description
Sieghart took another mouthful of her blood before releasing his fangs from her neck and licking the wound. After seeing what a deep bite mark he left on Mari, he began to worry. He laid Mari gently on her mat and then went to bring his next to hers. While doing so he realized his shoulder no longer hurt. The immortal opened his shirt and pulled at the bandages to peek at his wound, and found that it had completely healed. Sieghart then took off the bandages and left them in a corner before proceeding to pull his mat next to Mari's.

When finished doing so, he scooted himself into blue haired girl so that her head was supported by his chest. Sieghart covered himself and Mari with the two blankets as well as grabbing his soluna in case anything wanted to sneak-attack them. Slowly, he fell asleep.

Sieghart was abruptly awoken by a loud, thunking noise. He opened his eyes and noticed that a green shield was surrounding them as a scorping tried to break through it. "It must be trying to go for Mari while I was sleeping ... but wait, why are we in a saver? I don't see Arme anywhere." Sieghart thought to himself. Suddenly, he smiled, "She must have casted it before Mari left, but made it so the saver would only appear if Mari was being attacked, clever little midget." He chuckled lightly as he got up and took out the scorping with a heavy swing of his soluna.

~*~*~*~*~*~* Back at the Castle *~*~*~*~*~*~*~
Arme sneezed as she and Amy walked into her room only to hear a groan from under all the blankets.
"Hehe! Someone's talkin' about ya, Arme!"
"Oh give me a break, Amy," Arme said, rolling her eyes. The mage decided to try to wake Lass. "Hey Lass, wake up. How are you feeling?" Lass only groaned again and pulled the blankets more over his head.

Arme pulled them off and yelped in shock, "Who the hell are you?!"
"Arme cut the crap and--" Lass realized his voice was a high pitch and felt a severe sense of panic and confusion rise in him. He quickly got up from the bed and ran over the mirror in Arme's bathroom.
"What the?! When the hell did I turn into a girl?!" The female Lass exclaimed.
"Ahem, who the hell are you and what are you doing in my room?!" Arme yelled, grabbing for her Warstaff.
"Arme! Can't you tell who I am?! The silver hair and blue eyes?! I'm Lass!" She exclaimed pointing frantically at her head.
"Eh?! B-but!"
"Eeeek! Lass is so cute! Ah but we should change 'her' name to Lasselle for now!" Amy said as she hugged 'Lasselle' who looked like she was about to cry. Amy was oblivious, "She's so cute!" The dancer exclaimed as 'Lasselle' began to weep softly.

Amy gasped as warm tears hit her arms, "Lasselle, why are you crying?"
"He's not used to being a girl so maybe his estrogen levels are messing with his head? I have a feeling that the medicine I gave him last night did this. Eheheh..." Amy pulled Lasselle over to sit on the bed as she cried. "I'll go get her some hot chocolate, sweets make everything better!" Amy cried as she skipped out of the room leaving Arme and 'Lasselle' alone. Arme patted her back trying to comfort her boyfriend. "It's gonna be ok Lassie, I'm sure the potion will wear off soon and you'll change back into a boy. But until then.. what are we gonna tell the chase ..?" Arme wondered to herself as Lasselle leaned against Arme despite the height difference between the girls.

~*~*~*~*~*~* Sands of Illusion *~*~*~*~*~*~*~
Sieghart had finally defeated most of the monsters in his path. He then sat down and leaned the still unconscious Mari against him. He felt more energized after drinking the rune caster's blood. He began to shake her gently trying to wake her up so they could eat. When Mari wouldn't wake up, he noticed the fatigued look on her face. Putting an apple in his mouth and holding it he felt Mari's forehead with his freed hand.

'Shit! I must have taken too much blood from her!' Sieghart thought worriedly, 'She's running a fever...She's gotta eat something ...' Sieghart dropped the apple and caught it back in his hand. The black haired man bit the apple and chewed. Instead of swallowing, Sieghart fed the pieces of apple to the barely conscious girl. This continued until the apple was gone.

While feeding his victim he remembered passing a village in the desert. Sieghart aimed to find reprieve there. He carried the girl in his left arm leaning her on his shoulder like a toddler as he held his Soluna firmly in his right. When he finally reached the entrance to the village Sieghart collapsed from exhaustion. He saw an inn nearby and found the will to continue on. Sieghart walked into the resting place, half staggering. A man stood bewildered behind the front desk. Sieghart locked onto him.

"Hey! I need a room, right now!" Sieghart exclaimed at the inn manager. The manager looked at Sieghart as if the immortal were the strangest thing he'd ever seen. "Erm, I'm sorry sir, but we don't have any rooms available--"
Sieghart assaulted the desk with his right fist in a rather intimidating manner, "How the hell can you NOT have any rooms available when we're in the middle of the fucking desert?! I highly doubt you have THAT many people staying here! I need a room!" Sieghart's tone changed slightly, "My friend here is sick and we need a bed!" Sieghart shouted.

The manager became slightly nervous at Sieghart's aggressive behavior, "Well, I'm sorry sir but, we do have that many people staying here... If you'd like, you and your friend can rest in our lobby. We have sofas and lounge chairs." the manager explained nervously. Sieghart looked down gripping the desk his eyes were hidden by his bangs as he held Mari closer.
