Arme felt like throwing a fit at Sieghart for what he said.

'Maybe I should turn him into a girl,' she thought to herself, glaring angrily at the immortal. Lilith sighed and placed a hand on Arme's shoulder in an attempt to calm her. Lilith knew that Arme didn't want anyone besides Amy and Ryan to know that the mage had accidentally turned her boyfriend into a girl; and that if Arme got angry enough she might slip.

"Alright, then Arme, we need to get you some food , you must be dizzy. How about I treat you and Lass to some hot chocolate?" the gender-bended thief said, trying to counter-act suspicion from the highlander.

"Arme, shall I go and try out the  new clothes?"

"Well yeah, I guess. There's nothing more prudent, is there?" Her companion shook her head and they walked out of the room together, leaving Sieghart alone with his thoughts. He began to wonder how long it would take for Mari to recover. Sieghart felt too exhausted to think about it presently and decided to go to sleep.

~*~*~Eventually~*~*~

Some time later, Sieghart soon heard the gentle sound of a flute. The sound was soothing. He slowly opened his eyes as the sound grew sharper, and too his right. He turned his head to see Mari playing the flute.

Sieghart's eyes were wide with shock, "Mari?" he croaked; throat dry.

The Polaris looked down at the man resting in the bed, "How are you feeling Sieghart? You were asleep for three full days." The shocked expression on Sieghart's face faded. He realized that Mari must have recovered during those three days.

"I'm feeling fine, hows your neck Mari...  did I leave a scar?"

"Actually, it was healed when I woke up this morning. Sieghart? haven't you noticed anything different?" Sieghart looked puzzled wondering what Mari meant. Mari sighed, "Haven't you noticed you opened both your eyes?"

"Oh yeah...  It healed? That's great!... I still don't forgive Arme for turning me into a vampire though."

"Oh, come on now, she apologized already," Mari frown lightly. She continued to argue with the resting gladiator when the smell of tree sap and pine needles filled the infirmary. Mari began to raise her voice as her eyes watered from the pine.

"Now, now, is that anyway for a girlfriend to talk to her recovering beau? Just kidding! How are you feeling Sieghart?"

Sieghart groaned, "My stomach hurts. I need food," The gladiator smelled the air, "Why do you smell like you mated with a pine tree?"

Ryan blushed and felt stunned, "Ah, well, you see, what happened was... ah...I'll go get you some food now!" Ryan evacuated the vicinity as quickly as possible. Mari chuckled and Sieghart shook his head.

"He didn't actually have sex with a tree while I was under, did he?"

"With that man...I don't...know...That would be excellent data, so I'd have remembered if so. I'm assuming he didn't. Based on his reaction however, I am unsure." Mari's face was intensely puzzled while she weighed her own skepticism with logic until Sieghart's growling stomach disturbed her from her thoughts. He groaned and laid back; face grimaced with pain. The rune caster sighed and dug through her bag. She pulled out a granola bar and opened it, handing the snack to her lover.

"Here, eat this to tide you over."

Sieghart turned his head and looked at her before leaning up to bite the bar from her hand. He grabbed it from her hand and ate, making a 'nom' sound.

Sieghart coughed on an inhaled piece of granola, coughed it into his hand, and ate it. Mari cringed away. He looked at her confused, "What, I was hungry."

~*~*~In another place, at a later date~*~*~

Lilith sighed tiredly in the booth as she waited for Arme to return. She laid her head back against the seat and dozed.

"...Lass?" Arme woke him up, "You okay?

She nodded and leaned forward, rubbing her eyes, "Yeah. I'm just feeling a bit tired."

Arme nodded in agreement, "You can tell me if we need to go home. You're probably tired because you haven't fully recovered. Don't push yourself, or you could make everything worse." Lilith nodded.

"Kay, alright. I won't." Arme smiled gently before looking down at her food.

"I love Pizza bars! Aren't you going to eat more pizza? You just had that one plate!"

"Mmm, yeah, later," Lilith said, laying her head back again, "I'm just going to doze a little more."

Arme frowned worriedly, "Alright." She continued eating her food without any more to say. Within seconds, Lilith was dozing; borderline sleeping. After Arme finished, she sat back and relaxed. Looking forward, was her 'girlfriend' sleeping with a slight blush. She seized her up. The clothes purchased a day or so prior seemed to be fitting improperly. It took Arme a few moments of staring to realize her breasts had shrunk and torso were beginning to be shaped less feminine. Lilith's face was starting to look more like Lass'. Arme stood up and walked over to Lilith.

"Lil, wake up," She didn't wake up, "Lilith!" Still no answer. Arme got in closer to her ear, "Lass!" She whispered, "Lassie wake up!"

Lilith's eyes widened and she put her hand on Arme's shoulder, "What?"

"We need to get you home to sleep, okay?"
The former male nodded sleepily and Arme helped her up. Lilith held onto Arme as the shorter female guided her through the labyrinth of tables.

"Excuse me, sorry. Pardon me, eh heh heh~" Ex-Lass was half-conscious, being dragged through the streets.

"Oof! Oh, hello Zero!" Lilith opened her eyes wearily. The dark chartreuse colored male was staring at her/him.

The guy tilted his head and Lilith closed her eyes again, feeling like swooning, "What's wrong with Lass? Why does he...why is he..."

Arme fumbled for words, but Lilith heard her say something about Lass being drunk. She asked him to keep it quiet.

"Actually, would you mind carrying him? I'm not sure how much longer he'll remain conscious."

"I was heading...to the knight master..." he looked to Lass, and back to Arme, "Okay." Without another word, Zero got in front of Lilith and maneuvered her onto his back; after taking Grandark off first.

"Gran, I'm putting you on over Lass, okay?"

The sword blinked in response. Arme felt slightly uncomfortable, but said nothing. Lilith fell unconscious.

When she woke up again, she would no longer felt the strange weight of breasts on torso; nor her soft long hair.
